Stripe Connect, a technology from Stripe, Inc., is Shipt's weekly payment processing platform. To prevent any disturbances to pay, including pay from weekly payouts or use of the Instant Pay feature, you will need to agree to the Stripe Connect terms in-app. It's also important to make sure your account's direct deposit bank information is for a valid checking account.
If a shopper works Monday through Friday, and they have not signed up for Instant Pay, they will receive payment the following Friday.*
Ex: You worked Monday, April 15th through Sunday, April 21st. You will receive pay for that week on Friday, April 26th.
If you've been a shopper for longer than a week at Shipt and have had one successful payout through a weekly payout, you can enable the Instant Payout feature in the app. Instant Payout enables shoppers to transfer available funds from the shopper app up to 3 times per day with an hour of requesting a payout. If you do not request funds through Instant Payout by the end of the pay period (Sunday at 11:59 p.m. CT), you'll automatically receive a direct deposit as you normally would on the following Friday.
